Tony Hill

Founding Partner

While completing his Construction Management degree Tony interned with the leading custom home builder in Australia. He was trained in the precision and detail that goes into delivering a custom home. After working in Australia, the Rockies and the US West Coast on numerous large-scale projects he settled back in Jackson Hole to establish Headwall Construction. With 30 years of experience in the construction industry Tony is well versed to lead the Headwall Construction team.

Colby Bancroft

Partner

Born and raised here, Colby is a third generation Jackson Hole builder. His passion for construction led him to study Architectural Engineering at The University of Wyoming. Colby has spent the last decade with Headwall successfully delivering all our projects to date. Colby is our primary client interface and diligently manages their experience through all phases of the project.

Dave Kolp

Partner

Dave brings over 35 years of construction experience to Headwall Construction. Dave has served in roles including field engineer, general foreman and superintendent for a variety of low temperature construction projects, commercial construction and industrial distribution facilities throughout the nation. Dave is highly skilled in all areas of field management and site coordination. Quality, planning and safety management across our projects is the foundation of Dave’s focus day to day.

Brent Nelson

Partner

For over 30 years Brent has worked in high-end residential construction in the Jackson area. Training as a carpenter Brent specializes in concrete, framing and finish carpentry. Brent supervises and ensures the successful delivery of our largest and most complex projects. Attention to detail and an innate understanding of the dynamics of construction are key attributes that Brent brings to the Headwall team.

Eric Buthmann

Partner

After graduating from St. Lawrence University, Eric worked for a log and timber frame builder restoring historic buildings in the Adirondacks. Since relocating to Jackson Hole, Eric has focused on high-end residential real estate development and construction over the last decade. In addition to his Project Management role Eric leads financial administration and controls across our projects.

Joey Gieck

Project Manager

Born and raised in Jackson Hole, Joey has over 20 years of experience in construction and architectural design. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Wyoming. Throughout his career, Joey has been instrumental in delivering numerous high-end homes across the valley. Joey is the technical and engineering lead on our projects and facilitates the flow of information within our team. Joey leads the project completion and owner handover experience.

Scott Bancroft

Former Founding Partner

Starting work in construction in Jackson over 40 years ago, he progressed to owning and running the largest general contracting firm in Teton County. His extensive experience in the local construction market is unparalleled, having delivered hundreds of homes throughout Jackson Hole.

Bill Kolp

Former Founding Partner

Raised in Idaho, Bill was quick to find his place in construction. Specializing in concrete he progressed from laboring to foreman to senior superintendent in a 29-year career with one of the largest general contractors in the US west. Bill brought a wealth of knowledge in planning, scheduling and executing complex construction projects.
